How soon will you deliver my storage bed?


Our standard delivery lead time within England and Wales is 2-3 weeks after receipt of your order. Orders to Scotland are consolidated which may take up to 8 weeks in line with our sustainability commitments. Should you require a more urgent delivery, or delivery on a specific delivery date, please get in touch. Once your order is confirmed, one of our friendly team will get in contact with you to discuss delivery and arrange a time that suits you.




I have restricted access, will you still be able to deliver?


Yes.
The Boxer bed is delivered in small packages and only fully assembled in the bedroom. Small staircases and space constrictions are usually not a problem, but please do contact us if you have any special delivery requirements, just to make sure!




How does your free installation process work?


The Boxer storage bed consists of many parts.
We will assemble all these parts and expertly build your bed for you in the comfort of your own home at no extra cost. This saves you the headache of trying to follow instructions - and of course we take away all packaging for recycling.




Do you offer a dismantling service for our old bed?


Yes!
We will happilly dismantle your old bed for you at no extra cost. It's what we do. However, unfortunately we will not be able to take your old bed away with us. In most cases, your local council will be able to arrange a collection date for your old bed.




Where will you deliver to?


We provide free delivery to anywhere in mainland UK mainland. To arrange an overseas delivery, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.




Do you deliver on weekends?


We deliver 7 days a week. If you have a preference for a delivery date, please just ask!




How is delivery arranged?


We will contact you within 3 working days from receipt of your order to finalise your delivery requirements. Prior to your agreed delivery date, we will be able to advise a delivery time slot.

Yes they are. Very. Our secure payment system is hosted by a leading global payment provider (Stripe). Rest assured, the highest possible security standard is maintained.




Do I need to use an offer code for any of your promotions?


No. All of our standard promotions are available to all of our customers. These are applied directly to your order and should be visible at the checkout before you place your order. For any other special promotions, we may provide you with a discount code. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.




How can I tell that the Boxer storage bed is a sturdy and beautifully made piece of furniture?


We absolutely love our Boxer bed and guarantee you will not find a better storage bed.
We will deliver and assemble your Boxer bed in the comfort of your own home and are 100% sure you will love it as much as we do. But, should you be unhappy with the finished bed, we will take it away and refund you in full.
Now that's commitment.




What about Returns and Refunds?


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel the contract for a full refund. Please either send us an email or give us a call on 01327 226275 and we'll arrange for your return or exchange promptly. We also ask that you read our Terms and Conditions.
